Permaculture magazine / Permanent Publications will be publishing Rosemary Morrow's the Earth User's Guide To Teaching Permaculture in October and we would like to compile a list of comprehensive books and useful websites for the reference section. We would also like to recommend online films relating to all aspects of the PDC curriculum.
As permaculture teachers from across the world, Rosemary and ourselves would appreciate your input. Let's make this a valuable, definitive resource to show the depth and cutting edge thinking behind permaculture teaching and learning.
What books are key to your teaching?
Which websites do you find useful?
What online and paid for videos do you recommend?
It would be great to get a wide range of resources for all climates, so please email any recommendations to rozie[at]permaculture[dot]co[dot]uk
Rosemary Morrow has been teaching permaculture across the globe for over 20 years. She has designed permaculture systems in various countries, including Somalia, Thailand, Uganda, Australia and northern Europe. Her projects range across many different environments as well as community-scale designs to farms to gardens.
The Earth User's Guide To Teaching Permaculture (a new edition of The Earth User's Guide to Permaculture: Teacher's Notes) is filled with a wealth of technical information for teaching permaculture design. With a step by step guide through a recommended course structure, this is an invaluable friend for both experienced and novice teachers, as well as students.
