Permaculture magazine are through to the top 50 in the PEAple's Favourite Award. Please help us tell more people about planet restoring solutions.

We are pleased to announce that Permaculture magazine has made it through to the top 50 small eco/ethical businesses in the UK with a chance to win the PEAple's Favourite Award. Thank you to everyone who voted for us.

Now we need your help to get into the top 10! So wherever you are in the world please vote for us at www.mygreendirectory.info/voting/pea-ples-favourite.php and help us spread the permaculture word to new audiences.

The award recognises the importance of the public vote, giving them the opportunity to vote for their favourite small eco/ethical business that they believe delivers the best environmental practices and products.

This is a new award for the 2013 PEA Awards which will be held in October 2013 in association with GREEN magazine.

Some other categories include the Community Award, The Public Sector Award and the Responsible Travel Award.

The most prestigious award is The Overall PEA Champion Award which Polly Higgins (see above) won in 2012 for her extensive work as a barrister, fighting to create new global laws to protect the earth. The glamourous green carpet event honours those who have worked hard in the name of sustainability, aiming to show society the inspirational people that are out there admist the lack of action from the government. The awards commend those who have taken action against climate change and the depletion of natural resources so that more people are aware of what we can all be doing.

Please help us to win recognition for permaculture.
