How To Grow A Revolution in Your Own Backyard

TED Talks with Roger Doiron
Saturday, 14th September 2013

"We need to not lose the fun of food. Food is at its best when its delicious but shared as part of a community."

Inspiring words from Roger Doiron, who in this TED talk explains how growing vegetables in the garden can improve our health, our communities and our finances.

Roger's family saved over $2,000 by growing their own food, as well improving his children's health and happiness and teaching them how to grow vegetables. Roger and his organisation, Kitchen Gardens International, are campaigning to get more people and communitites using their gardens to grow food.

As Roger says, there is power when we bring people together.

Watch this and feel motivated to transform your yard/garden into a food heaven.
