We're delighted and excited to announce that Mark Boyle's new book, The Moneyless Manifesto, is now available!

Mark's first book The Moneyless Man: A Year of Freeconomic Living documents his experiment to see if it is possible to live entirely without money for a year. Starting in November 2008, he then went on to live moneylessly for 3 years!

In this new book, the Moneyless Man, ex-businessman Mark Boyle, not only demystifies money and the system that binds us to it, he also explains how liberating, easy and enjoyable it is to live with less of it. Mark will help simplify and diversify your personal economy, helping to free you from the invisible ties to money, and making you more resilient to financial shocks. The Moneyless Manifesto will enable you to start your journey into a world where money takes on a new meaning.

In the spirit of The Moneyless Manifesto, the book is available to read in different ways:

1. For those who wish to own a copy, the book is available from us directly as a paperback copy and in e-book format. Money from sales will go towards the cost of printing the book, as well as helping to fund Mark's latest venture, a land-based gift economy which will serve as a research and education centre for moneyless living, where people can come and learn through doing, participate in free courses and experience how it feels to live in complete connection with the land.

2. Mark's freeconomic approach also means you can read the book online for free.

If you have a free evening on 8th November, do come to the book launch. Mark and Tom Hodgkinson (author of How to be Free) will be speaking at the Idler Academy at 6.30pm. For more information, visit our events page.
