Extreme salad man, Stephen Barstow, grows over 2,000 perennial vegetables in his Norwegian garden, 63 degrees north (in the Arctic circle).

Stephen's known for making salads from his many varieties of plants, and in this video series, he creates one with 211 different ingredients, all from his garden.
