One of the best and most comprehensive films we have seen about living offgrid. From renewable technology with solar photovoltaics for electricity, to flat plate solar for heating water, battery storage, edible landscaping with wonderful gardens full of fruit, vines and vegetables to the technology of sewage disposal and water filtrations, this is a really useful insight into living entirely independently. There is even a section of producing methane gas, building an underground food store and Zilvinas Paludnevicius' philosophy of zero waste and our crazy disposal, consumer society. He talks about the benefits of yard sales and buying locally too!
This is a beautiful, thought provoking film. We hope you enjoy it.
